About Survival African Wild dogs

We have the vision to ensure and secure the survival of the last African Wild Dogs.

African Wild Dogs are on the brink of extinction, population numbers are constantly declining, they are listed as an Endangered Species on the IUCN Red List. But it is not too late to ensure the survival of this unique species! If we combine all knowledge and efforts and work together, we are convinced to be successful in saving the last African Wild Dogs. Survival African Wild Dogs is an association of African Wild Dog experts and different stakeholders from all over the world. Conservationists and researchers share their knowledge and work together with all other stakeholders in tourism, farming and politics to save the African Wild Dog from extinction.

We have the vision to ensure and secure the survival of the last African Wild Dogs. The increase of population numbers and (re-) introduction to more areas and countries are our secondary goal. These goals can only be achieved, if all Wild Dog Supporters are brought together and work united hand in hand towards reaching our vision. The knowledge is there - our mission is combining, sharing and increasing our knowledge and unite, for reaching a new level in international conservation actions for the African Wild Dog.
